Still You Pty Ltd (“Still You”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. We also count visits anonymously (such as pages viewed, the country and the type of device), without cookies and without storing your IP address or identifying you.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to tell you about the launch of the Still You app and to send you related updates, and your first name only to greet you in those emails. We will not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

How we store it

Your details are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and with the email service we use to send our updates. These providers may hold data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is kept secure and protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop emailing you straight away.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing hello@stillyouapp.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
